The office receives the declaration of facts and circumstances surrounding the birth of a person whose parents are married for purposes of registration. All events of birth should be registered in the Register of Births within 30 days. Such event shall be reported by the Hospital/Clinic Administrator, the Attendant at Birth or the Parents themselves. If not registered within 30 days, it is considered delay. |
