Municipal Ordinance No. 71, s-2005 otherwise known as The Dog Tag Law, requiring the dog owners of Cuyapo to have their pets vaccinated periodically against Rabies.

• Requirement: Official Receipt
   
• Fees:
    First dose - P100.00
    Second dose - P50.00
    Third dose - P50.00
    3 dogs of the same owner - 1 dose FREE
